Meet Andi

It’s important to me that people feel their best, not just on the mat during the class, but in every aspect of their lives. I believe that regular movement, healthy eating, good sleep, and a sense of purpose are the foundations of true well-being. it is also important to be part of a supportive community where you’re seen, valued, and encouraged.

At my studio, I’m here to help you with all of this. Whether you want to build strength, manage stress, improve your habits, or simply find a place where you belong, you’ll find guidance and encouragement every step of the way. Together, we’ll create space for you to feel strong, vibrant, and connected to yourself and to others. You deserve to live well, and I’d love to help you get there.

I had the pleasure of attending Andi’s yoga classes for a few years, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She has a way of explaining poses that makes them accessible to all levels, while also challenging you to deepen your practice.

I have gained huge benefit for my body - backache is a thing of the past. I’m not sure what I would have done without her classes!

Her classes are physically and mentally rejuvenating. She honours individual limits, creating a safe and non-judgmental space for everyone. Her classes are a perfect balance of movement, breathwork, and relaxation.

Having not participated in yoga for a number of years, I thoroughly enjoyed these classes upon returning to yoga this autumn.
The pace, manner and delivery of the yoga techniques, instructions & exercises from Andi was excellent!
She is highly enthusiastic & encouraging, yet very mindful & considerate of us participants needs and experience.
I felt refreshed, relaxed & rejuvenated, following the classes, unlike yoga classes I’ve done before. This was just the ‘tonic’ for my mental, emotional & physical health.
I cannot recommend Andi’s classes highly enough for anyone new or returning to yoga! Thank you for the opportunity!

I practise yoga 3 times a week with Andi (Andrea Brajer) - Wednesday’s Rise and Shine, yes! I finally succumbed, Vinyasa Flow on Thursday at 6pm and Saturday morning HIIT at 8am.

The fact that Andi’s classes can get me out of bed at ungodly hours twice a week is testament to just how good her classes are - she does teach at more sociable hours too!

Andi was my very first yoga teacher and through her skill, great sense of fun, knowledge and ability to make everyone comfortable with the class, yoga has become part of my daily life. Yes Andi I do practise a little and often everyday :-). And feel so much better for it.

In a nutshell Andi is a brilliant teacher. Highly skilled, fun and caring and I’d be lost without her!
