Functional Flow: Move, Balance, Strengthen
Functional Flow is a dynamic, floor-based class designed to build strength, mobility, and balance through mindful movement, helping you move with greater ease and confidence in everyday life.
Chair Yoga
Chair Yoga is a supportive class that uses the chair for seated and standing movements to build strength, mobility, and balance. Use of withers is optional. Perfect for anyone who prefers not to sit or kneel on the floor. Choose shorter 45 minutes or longer 90 mins class with Yoga Nidra
Yoga for Beginners
Yoga for Beginners is a gentle, fully supported introduction to yoga that combines mindful movement, breath work, and deep relaxation to help you build strength, mobility, and confidence, whether you’re new to yoga, returning after time away, or need a chair-based option.
Traditional Hatha Yoga
Traditional Hatha Yoga is a slow, mindful practice that honours the classical roots of yoga by combining physical postures (asana), conscious breathing (pranayama), relaxation, and meditation. Rather than flowing quickly from one pose to the next, each posture is held with awareness to build strength, flexibility, balance, and inner calm. This holistic approach helps restore harmony between body and mind, making it suitable for all levels and those seeking a deeper, more authentic yoga experience.
Lunch Time Yoga
Step away from your desk and reset. This midday class releases tight hips, shoulders, and spine while boosting focus, posture, and energy no need to change clothes or shower afterwards. Simple movements, breathwork, and desk-friendly stretches help you shake off stiffness and return to work lighter, calmer, and more refreshed.
Somatic Yoga
Yoga without pressure or performance, just movement, breath, and presence. A slower, sensation-based practice that helps release tension, improve mobility, and reconnect you with your body’s wisdom. Accessible for all levels, leaving you grounded, calm, and more at ease in yourself.
SPS - Somatic Primal Strength
A dynamic strength and mobility class. This practice is built on primal movement patterns and intelligent progression. We work with cross-pattern movement, floor transitions, spirals, and rotation. Moving with curiosity, play, and intention, gradually building strength from the ground up.
HIIT Yoga
A high-energy fusion of cardio, strength, and yoga-inspired movement—finished with yin or dynamic stretching to restore balance. Expect sweaty intervals, functional mobility, and a powerful reset that boosts fitness, flexibility, and energy. Perfect for kicking off your weekend feeling strong and refreshed.
Pregnancy Yoga
Yoga is considered the safest all-around exercise for pregnancy, as well as an ideal birth preparation program. Come and gain strength and flexibility. Prepare your body and your mind for labour and birth, and meet other pregnant women, make new friends, and most importantly, have fun.
Mum and Baby Yoga
These classes provide an interactive yoga practice between mum and baby. Class focuses on strengthening the body, rediscovering your core and pelvic floor, releasing tension and balancing emotions. Comes as you are, meet new faces and share your journey with other supportive mums.
Onilne Morning Yoga
Start your day strong, right from home. This short, energising class wakes up stiff shoulders, hips, and spine, clears your mind with breathwork, and sets your focus for the day. Perfect for busy professionals who want movement, strength, and calm without the pressure to make it to the gym.
