Chair Yoga (45 mins)
Chair Yoga is a gentle, supportive class that uses the chair for seated and standing movements to build strength, mobility, and balance. Perfect for anyone who prefers not to sit or kneel on the floor.
Yoga for Beginners
Yoga for Beginners is a gentle, fully supported introduction to yoga that combines mindful movement, breath work, and deep relaxation to help you build strength, mobility, and confidence, whether you’re new to yoga, returning after time away, or need a chair-based option.
Chair Yoga & Yoga Nidra
An accessible yet energising class for every body. Using the chair for support, we’ll awaken joints, improve posture, build strength, and explore balance—always with plenty of options. Class ends with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra to leave you refreshed and renewed. Perfect if you’d like to move with confidence, ease tension, and be part of a warm, inclusive community.
Lunch Time Yoga
Step away from your desk and reset. This midday class releases tight hips, shoulders, and spine while boosting focus, posture, and energy no need to change clothes or shower afterwards. Simple movements, breathwork, and desk-friendly stretches help you shake off stiffness and return to work lighter, calmer, and more refreshed.
Somatic Yoga
Yoga without pressure or performance, just movement, breath, and presence. A slower, sensation-based practice that helps release tension, improve mobility, and reconnect you with your body’s wisdom. Accessible for all levels, leaving you grounded, calm, and more at ease in yourself.
Ashtanga
A transformative practice blending strength, flexibility, and mindful awareness. Guided through the traditional half primary sequence with sun salutations, standing and seated postures, backbends, and inversions—you’ll build focus, energy, and resilience. Practised in silence to honour the breath, this class welcomes all levels, offering a chance to deepen your connection, grow in community, and discover your potential one breath at a time.
Mobility for Grapplers
Unlock tight hips, shoulders, and spine with mobility designed for Jiu-Jitsu. Through dynamic drills, active stretching, and strength-based mobility, you’ll build flexibility, stability, and resilience, improving guard retention, posture, and recovery. All levels welcome. Train smarter, roll better.
HIIT Yoga
A high-energy fusion of cardio, strength, and yoga-inspired movement—finished with yin or dynamic stretching to restore balance. Expect sweaty intervals, functional mobility, and a powerful reset that boosts fitness, flexibility, and energy. Perfect for kicking off your weekend feeling strong and refreshed.
Hybrid Friday Morning Yoga
Start your Friday with breath, flow, and light strength training to wake up body and mind. This energising class blends mobility, yoga, and weights, finishing with a grounding intention or relaxation. Accessible to all levels, online or in studio. Boost focus, lift your mood, and step into the day strong and centred.
Wednesday Morning Yoga
Start your day strong, right from home. This short, energising class wakes up stiff shoulders, hips, and spine, clears your mind with breathwork, and sets your focus for the day. Perfect for busy professionals who want movement, strength, and calm without the pressure to make it to the gym.
