200-Hour Foundation Yoga Teacher Training

Vinyasa Flow with Yoga Nidra and Chair Yoga

Teaching yoga is about far more than learning sequences or remembering the names of poses. Great yoga teachers understand the body they're teaching and the reasons why yoga has such a profound effect on both physical and mental wellbeing.

This 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training has been designed to give you exactly that.

Combining the dynamic practice of Vinyasa Flow with the restorative practices of Yoga Nidra and Chair Yoga, you'll develop the knowledge, practical teaching skills and confidence to teach a wide range of students safely and effectively.

Throughout the training you'll explore anatomy, physiology, yoga philosophy, breathing, meditation and sequencing, whilst learning how to adapt yoga for different bodies, abilities and life experiences. Whether your goal is to teach professionally or simply deepen your own understanding of yoga, this training will inspire and support you every step of the way.

What makes this training different?

This training is built on three foundations.

  • Safety first

Understanding how the human body moves is fundamental to teaching yoga well.

You'll develop a thorough understanding of anatomy, biomechanics and common movement patterns, learning how to adapt poses and sequences to support students safely and confidently.

  • Evidence-informed

Alongside traditional yogic wisdom, we'll explore modern anatomy, physiology and neuroscience, helping you understand why yoga works; not just how to teach it.

By understanding the science behind yoga, you'll become a more confident, thoughtful and adaptable teacher.

  • Embodiment and growth

The best yoga teachers never stop being students. Throughout the training you'll continue to develop your own practice, recognising that personal experience is the foundation of authentic teaching.

Social media for yoga teachers

Hi, I'm Holly. I've been teaching yoga for over 15 years. For the past eight years, I've specialised in training yoga teachers, leading multiple 200-hour teacher trainings and graduating more than 300 yoga teachers, many of whom continue to teach professionally today.

I'm known for my warm, down-to-earth teaching style and my ability to make even the most complex subjects easy to understand. I combine traditional yogic wisdom with modern anatomy, physiology and evidence-informed practice. My aim is not simply to teach trainees what to do, but to help them understand why yoga works, giving them the knowledge and confidence to teach safely, think critically and adapt their teaching to the people in front of them.

As a former yoga studio owner myself, I understand the realities of building a sustainable teaching career. My teacher trainings place equal importance on developing knowledgeable, compassionate teachers and preparing them for the practical realities of sharing yoga professionally.

Why Yoga Nidra and Chair Yoga?

Today's yoga teachers need to be versatile.

While Vinyasa Flow remains at the heart of this training, you'll also graduate with the knowledge and confidence to teach Yoga Nidra and Chair Yoga - allowing you to support a wider range of students and teach in a broader variety of settings, from yoga studios and community classes to workplaces, healthcare environments and older adult groups. You’ll truly be able to meet people where they are; whether that’s stressed at work, recovering from illness or unable to get up and down from the floor. You can expect to have the skills to adapt your teaching with confidence.

Is this training for me?

This training is suitable for anyone who has developed a regular yoga practice and wants to explore yoga more deeply.

You may dream of teaching professionally.

Or perhaps you simply want to understand yourself, your body and your practice on a much deeper level.

Whatever brings you here, you'll be welcomed into a supportive community of like-minded people, guided by experienced trainers who are passionate about helping you grow.

By the end of the training you'll be able to:

Teach safe, thoughtful Vinyasa Flow classes

Teach chair yoga in workplaces, studios, gyms and more

Lead Yoga Nidra classes, workshops and courses

Confidently adapt yoga for different bodies and abilities
